Working Principle of Ceramic Fiber Filter Tubes
● Combined with dry process for desulfurization, acid removal, and flue gas conditioning.
● Flue gas dust is blocked on the filter tube surface, and the filter cake layer on the filter tube surface can perform secondary desulfurization.
● During the process of clean flue gas passing through the filter tube wall, NOx and NH3 undergo a chemical reaction under the action of the catalyst and are converted into N2.
● The purified gas enters the clean gas chamber and is discharged by the fan.
● When the dust accumulates to a certain level on the filter tube surface, compressed air is used for pulse cleaning of the filter tube.
