DeNOx & DeCO Dual-Function Catalyst
The DeNOx & DeCO dual-function catalyst (also known as CO and NOₓ removal catalyst) is prepared by coupling transition metal oxides and precious metal active components with composite titanium as the carrier. It provides catalytic purification for both CO and NOₓ pollutants, decomposing CO while removing NOₓ simultaneously. Featuring strong purification performance, a wide operating temperature range, and long service life, the catalyst is widely applied in flue gas treatment from industrial kilns in iron and steel sintering, coking, sodium carbonate, lime kiln, and alumina kiln industries.

Principle of CO-NOx removal
Both decarbonization and DeNOx reactions with catalysts are typical gas-solid catalytic reactions. At a certain temperature, the catalyst adsorbs carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and oxygen in flue gas, and then chemically reacts on the surface of the catalyst for complete oxidation, during which harmless carbon dioxide is generated and a lot of heat is released. The generated heat can also be reused according to the situation, so as to realize emission reduction and energy conservation.
