With the advantages of high filtration precision, good permeability, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and long service life, it is suitable for use at the high temperature, and widely used in high temperature dust removal in industries of cement kilns, glass kilns, ceramic kilns, chemical plant. Combined with the DeNOx catalyst products developed by the company, the integrated application of dust removal and DeNOx is realized.

By overturning the traditional process route of DeNOx-dust removal - desulfurization, the system removes high temperature dust first, then treats gas pollutants and comprehensively utilizes waste heat, so that the whole environmental protection system runs under the low dust working condition, which improves the energy utilization efficiency, reduces the failure rate of environmental protection equipment, reduces the equipment volume, and greatly reduces the investment cost and floor area.
High temperature filtration and catalysis
The optimal use temperature of catalytic materials is above 300℃, while the general use temperature of traditional filter materials is not above 300℃, which limits the use of catalytic materials. The temperature range of metal filter materials perfectly solves this problem; when it is used with catalytic materials, catalytic materials can play their best performance.
Collaborative and efficient treatment process and long service life
AIREP MCF catalytic filtration system can efficiently treat PM and NOx, with a dust removal efficiency of above 99.9% and the DeNOx efficiency of above 99% (the specific value varies according to specific projects). The flue gas is filtered first and then delivered to the catalyst layer for reaction, which can effectively prevent the influence of impurity ions in the dust on the service life of the catalyst, greatly prolonging the service life of the catalyst.
In addition, with strong expansibility, the catalytic filtration system can be used with other catalytic technologies to treat VOC, dioxin, CO, etc.
