New molecular sieve catalyst
AIREP has independently developed a molecular sieve DeNOx catalyst with excellent high temperature resistance and relatively good low temperature activity. The activation temperature window of the catalyst is wide (300-600℃) and NOx removal efficiency is over 90%; in addition, it can still maintain good activity in the presence of water vapor and SO₂. Currently, the natural gas distributed energy DeNOx system developed by AIREP has been successfully applied in DeNOx projects of several natural gas distributed energy stations, such as a data center in Jiangsu, and the NOx emission concentration has reached near zero emission index (below 20 mg/Nm³).

Core Advantages
Developed for ultra-high temperature working conditions up to 600℃. It boasts outstanding high-temperature thermal stability, coking resistance and water vapor tolerance. Core technologies are independently developed and controlled. The denitrification efficiency remains above 90% even under extreme high temperatures. Pre-flue gas cooling is not required, which greatly reduces system energy consumption.
